Please bring your beach towels for use at the
pools.
A FREE BOAT
comes with each cottage . You may bring your own motor or
rent one of ours. $5 per night puts your boat in one of our
covered boat stalls. Launch your boat from our BOAT RAMP!
DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
Prefer check for deposit. Minimum of
$50.00; $100.00 deposit for5 days or more.
BALANCE OF RESERVATION TO BE PAID ON
ARRIVAL. Guests are responsible for
reservations made. No refund for early departure or late
arrival.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS:
Deposits will be refunded only if the
RESERVED time is filled completely
by another guest.
REUNIONS: Due
to the severe impact that cancellations of several cottages
would have, our policy is that when three (3) or more units
are reserved by a family or group, a $200.00 deposit on each
unit is required.
